Our Board of Directors is elected for 4 year terms and is responsible for leading the club and ensuring that we are following laws and rules. Our current roster of directors includes:
President:
Louise Librock
Louise has over 35 years of experience on the Board. Her experience as a parent of gymnasts, a teacher and a community volunteer makes her a valued member of our leadership team.
Vice President and Treasurer:
Charlene Cratt
Charlene was coached by Marta in the public school system and then mentored to become and coach. She completed certifications for coaching and judging. Charlene brings board experience from Research Ethics at Brock University and provincial health advisory committees. She is currently a member of the women’s aesthetic group gymnastics team.
Secretary:
Irmi Jahn
Irmi brings condominium board experience and a teaching background to her position on the board. She was first a gymnast of Marta’s at the YMCA program, later becoming a coach and owning her own gymnastics club. She is currently a member of the women’s aesthetic group gymnastics team.
Member and appointed auditor:
Donna Miotto
Donna was an artistic competitive gymnast with Marta and her mother was an inaugural member of the Rhythmic Waves Gymnastics Club Board of Directors. Donna coached in the recreational children’s programs and is a dedicated volunteer for the club for over 35 years.
